This is an uncomplicated sensorless homing bumper designed specifically for the CR-10, making it easy to install and use. Simply swap out the original X-axis motor cover with the bumper in place of the microswitch and reuse the existing screws. After a month of installation, I can confidently say that this setup has proven extremely durable.
