CR-10 S5 Z-Endstop Fine Adjustment
thingiverse
Being able to adjust the Z-level independently from bed levelling is very beneficial. For instance, if you change the nozzle or just the filament, some filaments demand a narrower gap between nozzle and bed, while others perform better with a wider gap. On my Anet A8 printers, I use the Z-Endstop Fine Adjustment https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2050229 from ibschreiber successfully for over a year now. Therefore, I wanted something similar for my new Creality CR-10 S5. donnyb99 designed the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2158261, but it lacks the fine adjustment yet. So here it is. #### Usage: - Turning the pentagon in the direction of plus increases the gap between nozzle and bed, turning towards minus makes it smaller. - Each full turn of the pentagon results in a 0.5mm change. Thus each face of the pentagon equals 0.1mm. The faces are numbered for easier scaling. Designed with FreeCAD v0.16. Source included. Feel free to modify it to your requirements.
