CR-10 S5 Low Profile Y-Axis Belt Tensioner

CR-10 S5 Low Profile Y-Axis Belt Tensioner

The large bed of my CR-10 S5 used to hit the mount of the Y-Axis idler on the front of the lower frame so I could not use the full extent of my printer therefore I designed a similar mount for the idler, but with a lower profile and also capable to adjust the belt tension. You can reuse the idler and the 32mm screw that holds it. You will need a long M5 screw with a hex nut to place inside the knob so you can adjust the tension of your belt. Its length is dependent of how much slack you have in your belt. (In my case I have a 40mm screw)
