CR-10 S5 direct drive mount for Bondtech style extruder

I like the original Bondtech style extruder, compact and seems to work nicely. Also wanted to use it as direct drive on my CR-10 S5 so created a mount for it. Also added some sacrificial bridges to the M10 lid part and an experimental soluble support model (no tested). Tested briefly and seems to be working, but might be improving this and adding mounts for different hotend (Volcano) OpenSCAD sources: https://github.com/spegelius/3DModels/tree/master/PrinterParts/CR10_S5
