CR-10(S) Stock Hotend Throat Fix

I've been experimenting with Hotendthroats, specifically this one: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07C1457GQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I decided to replace the PTFE inlays because they seem too short for my needs. As part of this change, I also chose to use a different PTFE fix from Elproducts' design on Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3348742. To make this work, I modified the cuts from OneBadMarine's design at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3203831 and added an M4 washer to prevent the coupling from shifting. EDIT: The longer version is also compatible with the new stock that uses screws but without a washer. If you want to use the short throat with the new coupling, you might need to add a 9.5 mm "infill" first. You can either use a small PTFE piece or the provided bolt, and in this case, you won't need the washer. Here's a design for the new stock: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/3ktRSP8NMYf-cr-10s-stock-throat-fix/
