I have been eager to add a camera mount to my Creality CR-10-S, but most mounts I discovered were either too flimsy or overly complicated. Rather than simply creating another mount, I decided to design a way to attach items firmly to the bed (extremely firmly:)).\r\n\r\nThe mount attaches directly to the carriage and is remarkably stable and robust. It moves in tandem with the carriage, ensuring it's not flimsy and incredibly durable. With this foundation, I designed a mount that should accommodate any camera with a plug attached. However, feel free to design anything you like as long as you use the same plug :)\r\n\r\nTo create something compatible with the plug is remarkably straightforward: draw a rectangle measuring 40mm by 12mm and draw two 45-degree lines from both corners. This forms the interior of the plug :) make sure the walls are approximately 4mm thick, ensuring it's strong enough (keep in mind that the inside remains unchanged, while the walls extend beyond this :))\r\n\r\nEnsure you utilize the correct print orientation. I printed the mount with a 45% infill and full supports between the two layers (use something thin to scrape out the supports). \r\n\r\nI only used 10% infill on the camera mount, yet it's incredibly strong (requiring just 11 meters of filament!)
