This design aims to minimize weight gain in moving parts and associated vibrations. Given that the original sledge weighs more than half a kilogram, this approach seems like a viable option. The holes should align properly as they were based on a scan; however, variations in object size might require adjustments. At present, this design has neither been printed nor tested, so its effectiveness cannot be guaranteed.
