CR-10 Redesign Fan Mount/Shroud/Duct

This is my redesigned fan mount for both the hotend heatsink fan and the nozzle fan. It combines both fans into one single mount. Note that this fan shroud uses 50mm x 50mm. The stock fans are 40mm x 40mm. You will also need two M3x8 and two M3x16 or twenty screws to assemble it. It mounts directly onto the pre-existing holes in the x-axis carriage. I've noticed a vastly improved cooling performance, especially with ABS prints. In fact, the old hotend heatsink fan used to blow lots of cold air onto the print bed, but this design eradicates that issue while directing the nozzle fan's airflow more efficiently towards the print itself. 03-16-17 UPDATE: A new version has been added, featuring a larger opening on the part cooling fan. The opening is semi-surrounding the nozzle and sits slightly higher from the bed than my original design. Both versions work great; take your pick! This design is ready to print in its current orientation. I can now confirm that printing this in PETG works just as well as ABS. Printer Settings: Printer: Creality CR-10 Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 - 0.2 mm Infill: 10-20% Notes: I wouldn't recommend printing this in PLA because it's too close to the hotend. I used ABS and got great results. Supports are required only for the lip where the nozzle fan rests, not anywhere else. Two supports are included in my STL file; make sure their bottoms align with your print bed in your slicer. Post-Printing: Remove all supports. You might need to slide the fans in a bit since it's a tight fit.
