CR-10 PSU Noctua 60x25 spacer adaptor
thingiverse
I designed a custom spacer/adaptor to fit my Creality CR-10 power supply, allowing me to upgrade from the loud stock 60x10 mm fan to a super silent Noctua 60x25 mm fan. This modification greatly reduces noise coming from the PSU. For maximum quietness, use the low-noise adaptor. I used a Dremel cutting tool to carefully cut out the shape of the 60x60 mm fan and drilled five millimeter holes using the adaptor as a guide. To assemble this mod, you will need eight fan mounting screws or some regular M4 bolts and nuts. The spacer is six millimeters thick, with four point five millimeter holes. You can adjust the thickness by adjusting the Y scale in your slicer. I hope this adaptor proves useful for you. Enjoy your upgraded CR-10!
