After thoroughly examining all the available options for the CR-10 PRO, I couldn't find any suitable solutions that worked seamlessly with OEM parts without requiring extensive modifications. This led me to combine elements from the CR-10S with innovative ideas gathered during my tenure at Valio, where I worked on designing HVAC systems for cars. To integrate these new components, I follow a specific process: first, all necessary parts are printed; next, the hot end fan is installed; and finally, the part cooling fan is adjusted to ensure it can be securely bonded to the side of the fan mount. The part cooling fan ring allows for precise adjustments – 2mm up or down – making it easy to fine-tune settings as needed. Our CR10 PRP prototype was successfully sent to my dear friend and partner, Alfred Shuryan at 3DPC.tech. I'm currently in the process of reassembling and modifying the unit to further improve its performance. If you own a vent model prior to March 12th, 2019, be aware that it may have a small fit issue due to an update made on March 12th, 2019.
