CR-10 printed 2020 frame brace

The go-to Z frame brace solutions for CR 10 seem to be the ones featuring diagonal rods or the more expensive 2020 kits. The kits looked more squared and elegant to me, but I didn't want to spend too much money on a much cheaper alternative (great rigidity too!). Especially, the customization options it presents. Some that I've used: relocating the extruder, camera, spool, and tool holder onto the 2020 profile. Add-ons for AM8 and CoreXY models can be easily adapted for your CR-10! Parts needed: - 2 X 600 mm profiles - 2 X 270 mm - 1 X 360 mm - 12 X corner brackets Total filament used was under 300 gms. (0.6 lbs). Non-printed parts: - Gorilla Super Glue - 25 x Button head Screws (M5x8mm) - 25 x Hammer-Nuts (M5) To get 600 mm, welding 2 X 300mm profiles using super glue worked great! Assembly is pretty simple and the only tool you'll need is the M5 hex key that comes with the CR-10. Enjoy!
