Pipe Cooler v0.02 Significant improvements in airflow have been achieved through simple CFD analysis, resulting in over 50% more air flowing into the pipe. Re-print "ext_front_v0.02.stl" (the fan housing) if you've previously printed version 0.01. View the screenshot comparing old (left) and new (right) airflow results. Pipe Cooler v0.01 Initially designed for personal use, some members of the CR-10 Facebook group requested it, so here is the Pipe Cooler. There are likely better options available, but I wanted a design that looked appealing to me and functioned adequately. Further development will focus on enhanced air-flow geometry within the fan housing. The entire assembly can be installed by replacing the right side pancake fan. Everything else fits securely without requiring additional screws. You may need to lightly sand the connectors before forcing them into place, but be cautious not to remove too much material. Note: 40mm fan is not included.
