Big thanks to gunnar94 for the starting work on the direct drive and Tacblades for the fan mount! I liked this drive mount the most because of it's simplicity. Still uses the factory extruder and hot end. I adjusted and beefed up a few areas and have used it on my CR-10 for nearly a year without any issues. Then I got an Ender 5 Plus and made another small change to accommodate it. This will fit similarly designed printers and other Creality printers most likely with little or no modifications. And with the extruder mod described in the instructions, you can easily print flexible materials And following gunnar94's recommendations, I used Tacblades OEM_Fang_CR-10_Short3 for the fan mount without any updating. I love that it used the factory fans. I ended up using a Noctua 40X40X20 fan to quiet things down.
