**I sold my CR-10S, so I'll no longer be updating these files.** Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2562314 I printed the original design at a 0.2mm layer thickness and during installation, the mounting tabs cracked. After several prints, I preferred the offset nozzle design for blowing part cooling air directly where it was needed compared to other popular designs. To improve it, I reduced the hole diameter by 0.4mm in diameter, making it just snug on the threads now. I also added 0.5mm to each end of the mounting hole tabs and stretched the small bevel over the entire width of the fan shroud, reducing the likelihood of catching the print if it lifted. No raft is required. No supports are needed. Prints well at a 0.2mm layer thickness. cr-10_oem_fan_nozzle_offset_stonger.stl is the original file; use Version 2. cr-10_oem_fan_nozzle_offset_stonger_v2.stl was added on January 19, 2018 I added even more material around the mounting tabs. I recontoured surfaces to remove weight and sharp edges. The file size has been greatly reduced. More remix reference files have been added to link parts together.
