UPDATE 02/06/2019 SIGNIFICANT UPDATE X TENSIONER FOR CR-10 / CR-10S Mk7 VERSION The guide system has been upgraded and simplified, applying changes to all models. The dimensions of the screws have been unified across all versions. The minimum belt tensioning position has been adjusted for short belts, while tolerances have been slightly increased compared to previous models. A new shaped knob with a more elegant design has been added. PRINTING TIPS: * Print the body in vertical orientation, using supports if necessary. * Print the screw horizontally on its flat face. * Print the knob vertically without support. HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: FOR THE OEM VERSION: 1. Screw M8x25 2. Bearings F688Z 3. Screw M4x8 (button head) 4. T-Nut M4 NOTES: The OEM screw version was prepared due to user requests, but it is not recommended for potential weakness issues. FOR THE GT2 VERSION: 1. GT2 Pulley 20T 2. Screw M3/M4/M5 x20 (depending on the pulley bearings) 3. Screw M4x12 (button head) 4. T-Nut M4 FIXING SYSTEM: * 1 screw M4x8 * 1 t-nut M4 THE MODELS ARE DESIGNED FOR THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS. NOTE: All pieces have been tested and fit correctly. If you cannot fit the parts after printing, it is your fault. (Sorry to say this, but I am tired of comments from people who blame the models for their own mistakes.) ENJOY THE TENSIONER HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR THE CR-10 AND RELATIVE VERSIONS, BUT IT CAN ALSO BE USED ON Ender 3 AND SIMILAR PRINTERS WITH 2020 V-SLOTS PROFILES. ENJOY
