This is a remix of: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4752788 This kit basically fixes some design flaws with the Max by upgrading to 12mm belts, adding stronger motor mount, and adding separate adjustable belt tensioners. It is very sturdy and has been tested. It does require some hardware which is listed below. Hardware: - 12 [T-NUTS](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086MKNYDS/?coliid=IYVCBONAHFUMV&colid=2U36SQDR8VRI1&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it_im) - 12 [M5X10-SOCKET-HEAD-SCREWS](https://www.mcmaster.com/92290A224/?fbclid=IwAR252lBZLOMQVpcEHNZogxCFXAaf6xOt-RkdUl6uIrFTiWuMkk4Nti-UB1U) - 4 [M4x20-SOCKET-HEAD-SCREWS](https://www.mcmaster.com/91274A121/?fbclid=IwAR252lBZLOMQVpcEHNZogxCFXAaf6xOt-RkdUl6uIrFTiWuMkk4Nti-UB1U) - 4 [M3X8-SOCKET-HEAD-SCREWS](https://www.mcmaster.com/91292A112/?fbclid=IwAR252lBZLOMQVpcEHNZogxCFXAaf6xOt-RkdUl6uIrFTiWuMkk4Nti-UB1U) - 2 [M4X30-SOCKET-HEAD-SCREWS](https://www.mcmaster.com/91290A172/?fbclid=IwAR252lBZLOMQVpcEHNZogxCFXAaf6xOt-RkdUl6uIrFTiWuMkk4Nti-UB1U) - 2 [M5-LOCKING-NUTS](https://www.mcmaster.com/90576A104/?fbclid=IwAR252lBZLOMQVpcEHNZogxCFXAaf6xOt-RkdUl6uIrFTiWuMkk4Nti-UB1U) - 2 [M5X40-SOCKET-HEAD-SCREWS](https://www.mcmaster.com/91290A196/?fbclid=IwAR252lBZLOMQVpcEHNZogxCFXAaf6xOt-RkdUl6uIrFTiWuMkk4Nti-UB1U) - 6 [5MMX25-M4X5MM Shoulder Bolts](https://www.mcmaster.com/90278a375?fbclid=IwAR252lBZLOMQVpcEHNZogxCFXAaf6xOt-RkdUl6uIrFTiWuMkk4Nti-UB1U) - 6 GT2 IDLER PULLEYS 5MM ID (Special Order) - 2 GT2 20T PULLEYS 8MM ID (Special Order) - 26 x [12MM WIDE BELTS SOLD IN 100MM INCREMENTS](https://www.filastruder.com/products/gates-2gt-belts?_pos=1&_sid=c4f0d3c7c&_ss=r&variant=15443729580103) - 4 [BRASS CRIMPING GROMETS](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Tyco-Electronics-18-10-AWG-Steel-Crimp-Sleeves-10-Pack-BM3032-000/205878601) Back Story: This project has been in the works for months and is the culmination of much collaboration between four people who never met with a common goal. It all started with an excellent design by [John Ruprecht](https://www.thingiverse.com/JRuprecht) who posted on Facebook some pictures but hadn't released it yet. I was contacted by two other members Ron Costa and Chris Costa to recreate the design from photos as they grew impatient waiting. Since I didn't own a Max I had to start from scratch using photos and having Chris and Ron send me crude sketches and measurements of their printers. I was just about finished when John finally released his design to the public, and so I stopped. But during testing there was some room for improvement so we all met as a team and decided to collaborate to bring this to the public. Now it is up to you to take advantage of it.
