I'm grateful to donnyb99 for his outstanding y-axis belt tensioner. I had a hex head M5 screw missing and didn't want to make an extra trip to the store, so I decided to get creative. Using Tinkercad, I redesigned the knob and puller to accommodate a M6 hex head screw and nut instead. You can see the modified parts highlighted in green on the photo below.
