CR-10 like top universal spool holder for Direct drive setup with hinged sensor plug

This is a remix to allow fitting the wonderfull prusa i3 universal spool holder from Aero3D to any CR-10-like printer (Tevo, Sunlu, Alfawise etc....) for Direct drive setup. This design has a free moving sphera plug to fit a standart filament runout sensor for a direct drive setup, and a place to hook a retractable badge holder for big printer application (like CR-10S5). With this sphera, filament will moove freely with spool and hotend movements, and will never have any problem to feed the hotend. This setup is designed to be printed with the sphera and holder bottom on the build plate. If your printer is well tuned, captured sphera will moove easily after a simple clean and rotation with an appropriate tool inside the hole. Good printer calibration is needed ! Don't add a skirt, it's not necessary and would wake the sphera movement harder. You will need four 22x8x7mm bearings to complete the holder. I didn't like the inside pin on the 4 rollers, so I removed the corresponding holes on the base. So you will have to remove these pins after printing (very easy with any screwdriver !).
