Human: NOTE: This is a reversed mount, the hotend fan faces RIGHT, not left. I chose this mainly as it places more weight closer to the M5s and it puts the Nozzle a lot closer to its original position on V6/OEM mounts. Meaning less confusion about offsets etc. Here is my 6-8 month build of a Hemera mount Listed the whole thing as a remix as I copied the slots on the cooling wings Base Parts Needed: Four M3x5 and some four*M3x15 for the fans, and four similar for an endstop Printed: One of each except two M5 washers (also provided) More M3x5 for the probe mount, and the dual fan spacer is any M3s longer than 12mm Overall print instructions are: Layer height 0.2mm No supports, print BP7 (baseplate) upside down, and two M5 washers (for the top two M5s) Use the washers on the top two m5 screws (screw-head) side and DO NOT screw the baseplate onto the gantry yet Place and hold in three M5 nylock (or normal) Nuts into the baseplate You must use four M3x5 screws to screw the back of the baseplate onto the Hemera, using a cross screw pattern Then you may use the three M5 gantry screws to attach everything to the printer. Make sure to sufficiently tighten them and then rotate the eccentric, recheck the bottom M5 is tight and tension the eccentric. Fan wings are designed to be Ugly printed at 40 degrees on the obvious flat bit. Attach with two M3s on the back side of the base plate. They house 5010 blower fans so use 15mm or similar screws. Adjust wing height so they blow UNDER your block, but don't screw your part. I admit the fan wings do melt a bit over time, but not enough to impact performance. Full stp included, remix and shorten if you want, but I honestly just took them off and chopped them like carrots with a knife. Lastly, this is designed for EZABL probes, but full .stp included for anyone that wants to remix the probemount files for BLtouch etc. Cooling fan here is a 4020 Noctua, but the Probemount is the only thing that can limit you. If you want one that works with smaller fans, cut a notch off or comment here and I can do it. Probe Offsets: X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER: 0 Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER: -25
