I redesigned the Fan mounts for the Mount system from Chito, tailoring them to my Volcano nozzle's specific needs. I lengthened the nozzle by 6-9 mm to optimize its performance. Meanwhile, I discovered that air blown by the Cooling Fans was inadvertently cooling down the hot end. Despite PID tuning adjustments, the issue persisted. To rectify this problem, I modified the system so air flows directly downwards instead of hitting the Hot end/nozzle head-on. Additionally, I integrated a regular-sized fan mount with redirected airflow to further enhance performance. This design is based on Chito's original concept, with some minor tweaks. If you want Dual Fans, simply mirror this revised design.
