CR-10 Heatbed Center Wedge Jack
thingiverse
This modification offers a unique adjustment for CR-10 printers that enables the wedge jack to be centered precisely on the heatbed without causing damage to the underlying heatpad. To achieve this, it's recommended to measure your CR-10's heatpad dimensions and make any necessary changes to the 'cr10jackplate.stl' file before printing. It's also suggested to print the aforementioned file in high-temperature materials such as nylon or PETG due to direct contact with the bed. Alternatively, if high-temperature materials are not available, DXF files can be used to create a 3D printed version using 3mm MDF or plywood. The two parts can then be bonded together using glue or epoxy to mimic the original design.
