CR-10 Harbor Freight Dial Indicator Mount for X-Axis

This is a remake of a simple dial indicator mount that slides over the x-axis extrusion. The original file was remixed and remade in Fusion 360 to add more stability and make it fit the Pittsburgh 1" Travel Machinist's Dial Indicator, which can be purchased at Harbor Freight. Allows bed leveling from an auto-home position without any need for g-code setup routines. Just use move axis in prepare menu choose 1mm. Move Z-Axis up about 25 to mount and then move Z-Axis back down until it touches so you can zero it out. Then, move the Y-Axis to desired points to check for level. Move mount along the X-Axis and repeat for the bed where you would like to check for level. Printed in PLA. This was tested on my CR-10S and worked great (This was the 3rd attempt on the design). I made this to fit tightly onto the x-axis and found that the retaining bar was not really necessary but it does lock it in and there is no wobble on the dial. The mount will not slide freely along the x-axis bar with the retaining bar without considerable force. It slides freely without it, just pull it out a little and then you can slide it to where you want it and press it back on to lock in place. MAKE SURE YOU PUSH YOUR X-AXIS BELT UP WHEN MOUNTING THIS SO YOU DO NOT SNAG IT AND STRETCH IT OUT. Some light sanding was necessary on the bottom of the opening for the x-axis to fit, but I have adjusted this in the STL, but may still be necessary. Sanding will also be needed on the retaining bar if you choose to use it to make it slide nicely in the slot. No sanding should be necessary on the pin. Depending on your particular printer settings and tolerances, this could vary. I have included the S3D Factory Files and the gcode I used to print mine. The gcode is from S3D using Chris Elkin's profile. Printed at 210 nozzle and 60 bed. Your settings may vary, but that is what the gcode is set to.
