I ran the original through my printer about a year ago and got a ton of use out of it. After many, many, many prints, it finally warped near the spring clip, causing some under-extrusion on my prints. This is a beefier version that should hopefully last much longer. This straight-through model allows you to push the PTFE all the way through and cut at an angle for flexible filaments. You may need to ream out the PTFE hole a little bit. I printed it at .28, with supports touching the build plate and under the spring clip nub. I also went with 100% infill for extra strength.
