A major issue we encountered with the CR-10 S5 was that the filament tube and wires would sag downward onto the build plate during printing, which led to our creation of a guide that attaches securely on top of the extruder assembly on the CR-10 to prevent this problem.\r\n\r\nTo assemble the guide, remove the two M3 x 16mm bolts holding the filament tube in place on the side of the extruder assembly, position the guide directly above the extruder, and then replace it with the same M3 x 16mm bolts for a secure fit.
