CR-10 Fang with BLTouch Mount

This is a revised version of various parts combined into one. Although I haven't printed it yet, numerous requests led me to post it now instead of waiting. This version features an open Bowden Tube. Please report any issues you encounter. In a few days, I plan to print a test and may make adjustments as needed. Remixed from Spider65 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2722733) I took Spider65's fang design and incorporated the BLTouch mount by shocksofmighty (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2493610). One thing I noticed in the Spider65 remix was that the upper bolt hole wasn't fully through, so I removed it and counter sunk it. This will require a longer bolt for mounting. The other hole is also counter sunk and should fit the original bolt.
