I have upgraded my existing single cooling fan setup to a dual cooling fan system featuring a BLTouch mount. Original: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2683629 The upgrade accommodates the larger A4x20 fans and involves sliding it over the original stock hotend, then securing the hotend with two stock screws. To further secure the cooling ducts, I enlarged the holes to directly attach the original screws to the hotend cooling block. The entire print cooling fan assembly rests on these two screws. For added stability, you can attach the part to the X-carriage frame using a single M3 screw. A small hole is drilled into one of the fan ducts, which can be sealed with tape afterwards. This modification is specifically necessary when utilizing a BLTouch sensor for automatic bed leveling.
