CR-10 FANG dual 5015 and BLtouch for MicroSwiss direct drive with Phaetus Dragon hot end

This is a remix of my other CR-10 FANG. For this one I adapted the monoblock mount for the mosquito and made it fit with the Phaetus Dragon hot end. I ended up having to redesign the mounting plate that also holds the BLtouch, had to drop the BLtouch mount so it sits closer to the bed and I also had to stretch out the FANG as the hot end sits about 10 mm lower than previous hot ends. The duct for the smaller fan also had to be adjusted to fit around the wider body of the hot end.
