Remix: Issues to Me: The main plenum poses significant restrictions and is unnecessarily tall. I removed all interior restrictions and lowered the fan base. 2: I reinforced the STL mount with additional welds and added a fourth gusset to the fan shroud relative to the fan, focusing on the area most prone to flexing where there were no previous reinforcements. 4: The removal of excess material resulted in a notable weight reduction (although not officially measured). 5: To-Do's include adding an LED mount for integrated lighting to the next remix. Other than that, this design works flawlessly! 6: STL ABL and Non ABL versions differ only by the absence of ABL features, which I removed and smoothed out. This change has no impact on airflow, as it affects the outer wall rather than the inner one. Pics: Side-by-side comparisons are included to illustrate the remix alongside its predecessor. Print settings for this remix: 2.5mm PLA, with supports added for testing purposes. In contrast, my previous print used only ABL supports. I recommend exercising your best judgment when it comes to printing this design. I printed this remix at a lower resolution than the first one to see how it would turn out and am happy to leave it as is. YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary).
