CR-10 Fan part 2
thingiverse
I tweaked the original tweak to give the lip a sharper angle and aim the draft more squarely at the nozzle. I've got a second Cr-10 with dual Z axes, and it seems that the nozzle is positioned about 1-2mm further back than usual for some reason. I printed this in PLA on my Maker Select Plus using 0.2mm layers, and the result was fantastic. I did use supports at 5% infill (in lines) through Cura, and they came off with ease. I'll post a photo later. Edit1: I made another adjustment to the tweak, moving the angled lip even further leftward – it's now aligned perfectly with the nozzle. It works flawlessly for me, but as Shakespeare put it, "I am an ass in the world."
