After adding that specific design from Thingiverse (Thing #2644537), the cover no longer fit as expected, so I made a cut-out in one corner and now it fits perfectly again. Version 1 of this design should allow for effortless filament changes without having to remove the cover itself, and I also removed the cable bracket.
