CR-10 Extruder Cover w/ Guide and Long Shaft Extruder Knob

I liked the original cover and guide, but found that they didn't work well on my printer in two key areas. Firstly, the Extruder wires wanted to ride on top of the cover instead of staying neatly in place. Secondly, the Feed Tension Lever had a different style than the one shown in the picture. To overcome these issues, I repositioned the guide to the top and cut 6mm from the shoulder to provide clearance for the lever. I also added a bullet-shaped piece because I found the original guide useful for actuating the Tension Lever. Additionally, I included a slot for a cable tie to keep the wires organized. I think the Feed Knob is a great idea, but it needed extra clearance for the wheel to function properly. To address this, I cut the shaft from a duplicate part and added the extra back in, giving approximately 5mm above the Extruder Wire Guide.
