CR-10 Extruder Cover & Knob v3 for Direct Drive

Since I swapped to a direct drive setup but wanted to maintain a cover on the extruder, I came up with this design. When I snapped on the original, I didn't care for the angle and felt that it would work better with the filament as a straight drop. As a result, it sounds better because I don't hear the popping and jangling of the filament now. UPDATE: 05/17/19 I modified the position of the hole for the knob so the knob functions properly. I finished and added the knob, but it falls out if left in while printing; it's a pretty snug fit & matches the cover now.
