CR 10 Extruder Clamp

CR 10 Extruder Clamp

I think the spring that comes with the standard extruder is hard to grip, especially since the filament doesn't always load up as you'd want it to... So I came up with this little lever, which makes loading the filament a lot easier. It's compatible with the filament guide that lots of users know and use (check out "Creality CR-10 Filament Guide", thanks to Greg191134). You'll need to print at 100% infill, and layer height 0.1, because of how the lever fits into the axis. I didn't do any post-processing, except for a quick sanding and a drop of oil between the axis and the support. Printed with Octofiber filament. Be careful! Once you clip the lever onto the axis, it's going to be really hard to take them apart... Of course, you'll need to find a stainless steel screw with a hex head M3 x 25. But our friend Aliexpress is there for us, isn't it? 2017/11/12: I made some changes - new rounded support with cable support
