CR-10 ESun Spool Bearings
thingiverse
This bearing is specifically designed for use with ESun spools, and it attaches securely to the CR-10 spindle. Initially, I applied some oil to see how it would perform, but surprisingly, it seems to function just as well without any lubrication. The gaps in the bearing are relatively narrow, so you'll need to rotate it a bit to remove any rough edges that could hinder smooth operation. I printed this bearing at .2mm resolution and found it worked perfectly, although I suspect it would benefit from being printed at a higher level of detail. You might also consider printing a cylinder spacer to keep the bearing in place exactly where you want it - I ended up printing two spacers to match the width of my ESun spool.
