CR-10 / Ender 3 Laser mount

I wanted to repurpose my CR-10 Mini 3D printer as a laser engraver. I purchased a 1.6W UV laser from China, seeking a quick and easy way to attach and detach it from my printer. I chose to secure it with magnets and a custom bracket that fits snugly on the side of the hotend enclosure. To tap into the part cooling fan cable's 12v PWM signal, I cut it and then used an Arduino and a voltage divider to create a 5v PWM signal for the printer. I also built an enclosure for the electronics and added safety features like a key-operated power switch, a safety switch, and a latching power button that ensures the laser is always off when power is turned on. Additionally, I included a manual laser override so that I could manually enable the laser for zeroing in on materials and focusing. This laser is an absolute blast to use! However, please don't attempt this project unless you're certain of what you're doing. This modification comes with inherent risks, and it's up to each individual to exercise caution and follow proper safety protocols. In my design, I employed 10mm diameter and 2mm thick magnets. The screws used are M3, approximately 10 mm long.
