Hot End Fan Duct for Stock Fans: CR-10S and Ender 3 Compatible. This design channels all air flow directly onto the heat sink, maximizing efficiency without compromising on simplicity or ease of maintenance. Things to Consider: Supports are provided by a single plate. Print with the flat part facing down and hot end fan mounting point facing up. Due to its unique mounting position, slightly longer screws are required for the hot end fan compared to stock ones. To conceal the hot end fan wire, cut the wires, slide them through the fan duct, and reestablish connections. When using Cura, adjust the wall thickness from 0.4 to 0.39 mm to achieve desired print results. V4 Update: Extended side fins for enhanced structural integrity and opened up exhaust holes on the sides to optimize airflow. A lower quality STL has been uploaded to reduce the design's size. The printability of this version is currently untested; if someone attempts to print it, please share feedback.
