CR-10 E3D V6/Volcano Hotend Mount and EZABL Carriage (Updated 8/29/2017)

I'm still figuring out the correct screw lengths or sizes, but I made this design with the EZABL adjustable and the E3D V6 hotend in mind. This hasn't been tested yet by me, so I'd appreciate any feedback. I plan to add a fan soon. 8/27/2017 I've updated the latch and main body of the part. The photos show it printed and mounted. The part where the E3D V6 hotend heatsink attaches might be tight, and you may need to do some minor sanding. I bought two E3D hotends - one fit perfectly, and the other needed a bit more pressure. I'm still unsure about screw sizes, so I used random screws I had lying around for temporary mounting. My next print will be in Nylon. 8/27/2017 The latch and main body have been updated with accurate tolerances now. Screw sizes will be corrected tomorrow. Edit 11:04PM 8/28/2017 I've added an optional part cooler. 8/29/2017 I've added a Volcano mount.
