CR-10 E3D Hemera mount v6/volcano
thingiverse
This is a super slim and efficient Hemera mount for the CR-10 3D printer that works seamlessly with both the standard V6 heater block and the volcano heater block, featuring two mounting holes - one at the top for the V6 and the other at the bottom for the Volcano. The mount itself is extremely thin and compact, cleverly designed to hold your cable gland as well. Additionally, it has a bumper that extends all the way down to reach the x-axis limit switch. You may need to slide your y-axis limit switch slightly forward or backward depending on your nozzle position in order for it to line up perfectly with your build plate. Next, hold the printed plate firmly against the back face of your stepper motor and align the two screw holes with the corresponding holes on the stepper motor. Securely screw them together. Then, press it onto the CR-10 hotend mounting plate situated on your x-axis (you'll notice an alignment hole in the print that will fit perfectly into either the low or high position depending on your heater block). Finally, insert a screw from the back of the metal hotend plate, screwing it into the print. This screw will thread into the nut you placed inside the nut slot in step one and securely lock the extruder in place.
