Cr-10 Dual Z-Axis Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
This is a thoroughly reworked version of frans84's tensioner. I utilized the 50 teeth pulley and 1220mm belt from the kit listed below for a CR-10 S5. This will function with any CR-10 that has dual Z-Axis, but it will require a smaller belt. The 50 teeth pulleys provide more torque, which is why I prefer them. I added an idler to pull the belt away from the front of the tension as the original design would cause friction. I made enough room so the idler is not necessary, but it provides symmetry of the belt when tension is applied. You could also print a larger pulley if needed if you run out of adjustment if the belt is too long or stretched.
