Improve cooling with a dual 5015 fan setup. Pros: - Exceptional cooling performance - No air dumping down on the part when you don't need it, ideal for PETG and TPU materials - Weighs 20 grams less than the stock setup - Clear view of the nozzle, easy to clean up stray filament Cons: - Exposed hot end requires caution from kids and curious pets - If using Cura with print sequence set to one at a time, fans may crash into existing parts What you need: 2 5015 radial fans 2 3x25mm nuts & bolts (nylon or metal) Rewiring materials (soldering iron, shrink wrap, 2-pin connectors) Dial indicator with an 8 or 9.5mm stem Leveling the bed: - Heat the bed to normal operating temperature - Press fit the dial indicator into the mount - Run the included level.gcode - After homing, there's a 10-second pause for zeroing the indicator - A 5-second pause at each corner for adjustment - It goes around twice - Tweak the gcode to match your workflow ***Remove the dial indicator before printing This process levels the bed but does not set the correct distance between the nozzle and the bed. Test print to get the right height. Try using thingiverse.com/thing:2425796 for easy adjustment. Turn each knob an equal number of teeth to maintain a level bed. *Added the original Fusion 360 files.
