I required a dial indicator holder compatible with my CR-10 featuring the fang fan, and discovered https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2651655, but it was designed for a smaller diameter barrel than mine. I possess the Harbor Freight analog dial indicator, which boasts a 9.5mm barrel. I enlarged the barrel size to 10mm, incorporating an additional piece to accommodate a 4mm diameter (M4) bolt for secure tightening. UPDATE: An M4 bolt proves quite tight within the clamp but can be threaded all the way in and further cleared out. It is advisable to include supports, especially for the part attached to the roller, as it was positioned at a slight angle resulting in a slightly rough finish towards the top, though not severe enough to necessitate reprinting.
