CR-10 / CR-10S X axis right side cover

**UPDATE**: I've made a CR-10S version available, as well as in/out (or no) text. Enjoy printing! DISCLAIMER: It's just great-looking! If you don't plan on upgrading your CR-10 with an X axis tensioner but still want to enhance that side of your printer, then this is for you! It doesn't obstruct the belt or the extruder and looks nice if you dislike the bare metal look of your printer. Simply slide it from right to left and you're good to go. I suggest printing it on the right (hollow) side of the shield to avoid wasting material in supports. Cleanup is also much easier. I made this to train myself using Fusion 360 and calipers, so if it's not perfect just let me know; I'd be interested in making it better. If you have ideas on how to make it useful, let me know too! I was inspired by the Y-pulley and the left side X-pulley cover from clavenmoo: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2477621 (link to the Y-pulley cover) and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2475990 (link to the left side X-pulley cover). I really appreciate these for the great look they give my printer, thanks a lot clavenmoo!
