I really like The3DWorkshop's design except for how the feet just sit in place, so I modified it to screw directly into the printer. Additionally, the rubber feet that come with the printer can be screwed into the bottom of the dampers, giving it a better grip. Furthermore, I noticed that the two pieces didn't fit together correctly in the original design, which I also fixed.
