I'm thrilled to introduce you to a custom case for the Creality3D CR-10s (or CR-10) control box, designed specifically for OctoPI with PSU and LED control and display. <b>Project Task List:</b> * Install Raspberry Pi with LCD 3.5 touch-screen * Install TouchUI plugin * Install OctoPI with PSU control * Control PSU via OctoPI. In the event of an issue, automatically shut down all printer power supply using a relay. Possible issues for shutting down: + Any heating error + Connection loss between Motherboard and OctoPI (USB or motherboard error) + Any power problems If power is lost, the printer will remain in shutdown mode until you return. * Remote control via WiFi * Send tasks * Control print using WebCam * Power Off at any time * After Print completion, power off after cooling * LED power supply and remote control * Anything else you can imagine with OctoPI, relay, and 5v or 12v power supply in one box. <b>Used Parts:</b> * Raspberry Pi 3+ * LCD screen 3.5" for RPI * DC-DC 12v to 5v module * Relay 250V 10A module * Power connector for 12v supply * 40x40x10 fan for RPI cooling * 60x60x25 fan for PSU cooling * Some M3 bolts and nuts <b>Bolts List:</b> * 4xM3X30 - Addon fixation to Control Box body * 8xM3X10 & 8xM3 nuts - Feets and cable management brackets * 4xM3X10 - LCD screen cover installation * 4xM3X8 & 4xM3 nuts - Fixation between addon parts * 12xM3X6 - RPI, relay module, and DC-DC module fixation * 4xM3X6 - RPI FAN * 4xM5X10 - PSU FAN <b>IMPORTANT:</b> * Most bolts and nuts are M3. Prepare a stock of this type of bolt, as some dimensions may vary between your installation and mine. * RED power switch * External Power supply 12v 3A * Corner USB wires * For Control box connection to RPI: USB 2.0 USB-B 5pin 90 * For RPI connection to power supply: Micro-USB * One more for Control box connection to RPI (Adaptor): USB 3.0 90 <b>Important Notes:</b> * All parts should be printed as per the design. * The Power circuit will be added soon. <b>Simple Instruction:</b> 1. Print all parts 2. Disassemble control box, remove lower panel 3. Disassemble PSU, remove lower panel 4. Disassemble 60mm Fan from lower panel of PSU 5. Move 60mm fan to printed panel (or install new silent fan) 6. Install 40mm fan to printed body (near RPI) 7. Assemble Raspberry Pi to printed body with 3.5" touchscreen (don't forget to prepare and apply SD card before assembly) 8. Assemble relay module and DC-DC module with all wiring 9. Manage wiring 10. Connect 220v circuit to relay 11. Connect 12v circuit to relay 12. Check everything twice!!! 13. IMPORTANT!!! Connect 60mm fan back to PSU! 14. Fix PSU in Control Box without lower panel 15. Fix control box to printed body without lower panel
