***UPDATE 7/3/2019*** I've uploaded a revised version of the BondTech Extruder Carriage (V4) with wider blower fan brackets (2mm to 3mm) and eliminated modeled threaded holes, allowing for easier printing and assembly. The screws and nut can now be used to secure the fan in place. ***UPDATE 3/6/2018*** I've shared the Fusion 360 files for this assembly, giving users the flexibility to customize it according to their needs. ***UPDATE 2/27/2018*** I designed a 40mm fan mount to accommodate the Noctua 40mm Fan (NF-A4x10 FLX). This upgrade significantly reduced ambient noise on the CR-10S from around 49-51 dB to 39-40 dB. The Noctua fan fits snugly, allowing for some rotation around the E3D heatsink. I printed this in NylonX for its flexibility, but it should work with other materials as well. I'd like to thank Sean for the Noctua 40mm fan shroud GrabCAD model and JuanCR for the E3D V6 GrabCAD model! This new mount assembly was designed to restore full use of the CR-10/CR-10S build area. The previous design eliminated almost 15-20 mm in X and Y, so I re-designed this unit to fit as close to the stock CR-10 extruder assembly as possible to regain this area. ***Only Parts/Hardware Needed*** Extruder mount screws for Bondtech assembly (should be included in kit) 2X M4x0.7mm x 22mm long screws for the blower fan mount 50mm x 15mm Blower Fans - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071WMHNG5/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 EZABL Sensor - https://www.th3dstudio.com/product/ezabl-kit-direct-wire/ Small Nema 17 Stepper Motor - https://www.omc-stepperonline.com/hybrid-stepper-motor/nema-17-bipolar-18deg-18ncm-255ozin-07a-29v-42x42x25mm-4-wires-17hs10-0704s.html Assembly Instructions: Mount the Bondtech Extruder Carriage part to the CR-10 X-axis carriage first. Then install the blower fan, blower fan duct, and angle brace next using the two M4 screws. This will give more room to install these components without the stepper motor getting in the way. Last step is to install the stepper motor and BondTech extruder on the mount to complete the setup. Make sure to orient the heat block so that the nozzle is pointing closer to the front of the mount and thermistor/heater cartridge wires are exiting toward the bondtech assembly side
