CR-10 controller stand using stock heatbed-glass
thingiverse
UPDATE / FIX: Previous center frame exceeded the CR-10's printable size, my mistake now corrected by splitting it into two. So you got a better bed with improved adhesion. You look at your stock CR-10 glass with envy as it enjoys an early retirement relaxing on the sofa, playing video games and sipping gin and juice. Print this stand to get that lazy glass working for you again. Simply print the four parts, friction-fit the keyed corners, use thick double-side adhesive tape to seat the glass on top and there you have a sturdy, spacious controller stand. Dimensional info after assembly: Width x Depth x Height is 304mm x 304mm x 160mm (11.97in x 11.97in x 6.3in). Note: Glass not included, of course. Why, where's yours? And kindly let me know if you made a print by clicking the "I made one" button above or leave a comment if you'd like to see some small modular attachments for an ashtray. I've left holes everywhere to allow for such things in fact.
