CR 10 Control Box Backfan Mod

I modify a part to replace the grill over the CR-10's control box backfan. This modification is for my 4s model. I remove the small grill so that I can insert my custom part. Does this upgrade really make a difference, you might wonder? Honestly, I'm not sure. However, my new part seals the gap between the fan and its housing, and I don't see any reason to have the fan partially obstructed by that grill. To remove the original grill, I drilled holes in it and then filed down the remaining metal. After that, installing the new part is a breeze. Here's how I do it: First, I open up my control box. Next, I undo the screws holding the backfan in place. Then, I insert my custom part between the fan and the housing. Finally, I screw everything back together using longer screws to secure it all tightly.
