CR-10 Cable Extension Box - 9 Connector

This is a remix of Ortovox's CR-10 Cable extension box to add a ninth connector. My printer has the dual hot end and EZABL from th3d so I wanted a connector for each extruder stepper, each hot end, the bed, each Z stepper, X stepper, Y stepper. For the ABL wiring I included it in the connector for Z1. I added the clip holes to the side of the box to secure it to the Z gantry on the front side rather than behind the Z1 stepper. This allows room for cable chains that bolt behind the Z1 stepper already. As I do with all parts, I print for my printer I added my logo to the box so there is also one without it.
