CR-10 Bowden Tube Cable Clips
thingiverse
This small clip holds the bowden tube to the extruder wire bundle and optionally secures a third wire, such as one attached to a bed leveling sensor. It allows you to remove the tape used on some printers, providing an overall cleaner look and eliminating sticky tape residue. I was inspired by "CR10 Bowden and Cable Clip" by Juicybacon, but I wanted to make a few changes to that design. Specifically, I added a third section to hold my EZABL sensor cable and angled the three sections to minimize space. I also reduced the wall thickness slightly to make the clip more flexible. Unfortunately, no CAD source file was provided, so I had to recreate this from scratch. To help others who want to make changes, I've included the Fusion 360 source files with mine, featuring User Parameters for wall thickness, diameters of each section, and the angle of the outer sections relative to the centerline. I've also included STL files for straight and 45-degree angled versions. The clips shown in the pictures were printed in PETG, which is slightly more flexible than PLA. However, I expect that PLA will work just fine as well.
