This extruder/hotend mount fits seamlessly onto the X carriage of the CR-10 and its numerous variants. Three original screws are reused to securely hold the mount to the X carriage, while at least two additional 4mm hex screws are necessary for a sturdy installation. The mount has the capability to accommodate two part cooling fans, up to size 4020 or 40x40mm by 20mm, as well as a BL Touch. The BL touch requires a Z offset of 0.48mm from the nozzle on mine, serving as a useful starting point for fine-tuning the calibration. For maximum durability, I recommend printing this mount in a robust material such as Carbon Fiber PLA/ABS/PC. However, it can still be printed with nearly any other material and still provide reliable results.
